In this volume, I have observed and cataloged astronomical objects which I never thought could even be seen at all in my observing location, the Pasig Campus Roofdeck of the Rizal Technological Univeristy where pollution of all sorts are becoming worse. In comparison with the observation conditions in the first volume of this work, the Eusebio Avenue where the RTU is located, is now fully lit-up with strong streetlights. The adjacent hospital regularly turns on one halogen spotlight or two. Worse, somewhere in the Valle Verde area is now installed two tremendous lighting systems, those which are designed to light up the whole stadium. They obscure the western horizon where at this time of year the two big planets could be found. Even noise pollution is getting bad. Across the street, drunken singers belt out lamentable songs in a videoke bar which cause the stars to mourn and the sky to cry.
